All I Do Is Win (most of the time)!

Being known as an award winning real estate photographer really has its perks.

Perks like, when you introduce yourself to new clients and fellow business people, you can confidently say that you are “an award winning photographer”, like when you sign up for various things and they ask if you have any awards or certifications you can type “surely do!” or something fun along those lines.

Now don’t get me wrong, I have earned each and every award that I currently have, and I will list them at the bottom of this piece.

I have put the time into my business to get it to where it is today (having photographed well over 5,000 homes, 5 hotels, cars, food, beverages & countless business people & real estate agents). I have worked with 5 publications all ranging from small town editorials to nation wide publications highlighting some of our very own top real estate agents. I have photographed birthdays, weddings, high school seniors and families on the beaches of Massachusetts.

Now when I say all I do is win, I know that I truly do.

But don’t get it twisted. I’m not a big headed or at all full of myself, but I do know that what I do every day, is what I love. I have been so fortunate to have my own business, to keep it going even though there are those days when I feel like I question or second guess myself. Going back to my How to Stay Motivated As a Small Business Owner entry, I talked about how to stay motivated and in love with owning your own business. The number one rule, finding inspiration in speaking with other like minded entrepreneurs, because let’s be real, we are all in the same boat! Keeping connected to those others who are also winning, are who can keep you grounded, and in the reality of the now.

So tell me, how are you going to keep winning at what it is that you do?
